1. Please define image motion sensor – we are looking for a motion sensor capable of capturing an image when the sensor is tripped such as a Lawson MT0361N Perimeter Motion CMOS with attached camera with night vision (or similar for our application)

2. Please provide needed scaled drawings of buildings – please see attached pdf.

3. Are wireless devices acceptable? yes

4. What are the current zone lists of each location? Current zone lists are not available. Please consider each sensor as a zone.

5. How many false alarms are currently experiences by each location per week/month? On average less than one per month

6. What is the use of the video, is this for site staff review, or for video verification at the Central Station? – not looking for video

7. Does the system need to be in full conduit? Or will be conduit required for any exposed cables (e.g. on the walls, etc.)? No it does not need to be in full conduit, the existing conduit may be used if desired (total length of conduit is indicated on the drawings.

8. Are Vendors allowed to use any existing equipment? (Sirens) No we want all new equipment

9. Currently there are glass break sensors visible, are those to be replaced? no

10. Please confirm that the contract will require preventive maintenance (PM) as well, as stated in the Bid Schedule pages 7 through 9. Yes, we want the system monitored and preventative maintenance provided as necessary.
