Combat Advisor Lanes (training site) Statement of Work
Product Summary: The Military Advisor Training Academy requires a training site to effectively establish and portray the operational environment needed to provide the complexity (e.g. rigor) necessary to support the training and development of Skills, Knowledge and Abilities needed of a Combat Advisor so they may execute their strategic missions often in austere, isolated environments.
Vital to this requirement is the ability to create the Atmospherics associated with the Afghanistan Operational Environment. Atmospherics is best defined as props, sets, and other items used to create a realistic, immersive, simulated Operation Environment (OE) in which participants willingly suspend disbelief that they are not in the real world. These immersive environments should replicate rural low density areas to densely populated urban areas by providing layers of texture, infrastructure components and subterranean features.
Schedule: 60-90 Period of Performance
