Must be a well-established technology that is a standard for use in sterilizing clean rooms, labs and pharmaceutical process equipment. Must adapt for different sizes and volumes for decontaminating various Government facilities and chambers. Must be proven to be compatible with sensitive equipment and proven not to degrade high cost laboratory equipment and components. Must be man portable and capable of controlling the temperature and humidity levels (closed loop system or open with dry (low RH) and maximum levels of peroxide for consistent vapor levels without condensing concentrated peroxide on equipment of surface areas being decontaminate) within an enclosure, a room, shelter/tent or a vehicle’s interior. Needs to be environmentally friendly and naturally degrade to oxygen and water vapor leaving behind no chemical residues.
