The system has capacity for an additional circuit, which was provisioned in anticipation of the expansion of air conditioning to room 114. A new indoor unit is required to serve room 114, to include new line-set and power.

C. Room 114 has two (2) windows which must be removed via NYS CR56 complaint asbestos abatement due to ACM presence (caulking and glazing). Existing windows are approximately 7’ by 5’ in size.

1.03 Submittals.

A. The contractor shall e-mail all submittals to the Contracting Specialist for review and approval. All submittals require government approval unless otherwise explicitly stated.

B. The contractor shall reference Appendix A “Consolidated List of Submittals” for complete list of required submittals.
