Text version

Q1. Will project Vector files be provided?

A1. ARO will provide the locos in Vector format as needed.

Q2. The solicitation makes reference to a schedule but none is provided.

A2. As noted in the PWS, completion of the project (installation) is required by 28 March 2016. Specifically, the entire schedule will be coordinated with the Government upon selection. However, as noted in the solicitation, part of the proposal should include a plan to meet this deadline. This plan will be evaluated as part of the selection process as noted in the evaluation factors.

Q3. Will specifications be clearly defined in a schedule? Should contractors contact a POC at ARO for these?

A3. Specifications will be coordinated with ARO after award. Any further questions should be directed to Christopher Justice, who will coordinate a response and provide it on the FedBizOpps website in a Q&A format like this one.

Q4. What are the sizes, materials, specifications, etc. for the signs? Should multiple options be submitted? What titles and banners are needed and what materials?

A4. All specifications will be provided upon consultation with the Government. To clarify, proposals should not contain pricing for actual materials and production. The proposals to be submitted will be evaluated as noted in the solicitation for expertise, experience, and capabilities to perform. Please refer to the evaluation section of the solicitation. Actual materials, sizing, specifications and detailed pricing will be determined after a contractor has been selected based on the criteria listed. At this time, consultation will help determine exactly what materials and other specifications are best fit for the Government. At that time, Task 2 in the solicitation will be defined to include all specifications and pricing. Basic proposals should only include pricing for the consultation services (travel, labor, etc.).
