TERRAGO SOFTWARE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE RENEWAL
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)
W56JSR-16-Q-0022
This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. Do not submit a proposal or quote. After reviewing the description of requirements, interested capable contractors are invited to provide responses to the following questions. Responses should follow this format and be submitted electronically as one complete document. This RFI is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items/services, or for the Government to pay for the information received.
DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought is to identify businesses that can provide support to the Communications Electronic Command (CECOM) Software
Engineering Center (SEC), in support of the Distributed Common Ground System-Army
(DCGS-A) at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. The U.S. Army Contracting
Command-APG (ACC-APG) intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for TerraGo
Annual Support and Maintenance Renewal.
The performance period is one (1) year base period of performance and three (3) one (1) year option periods.
The DCGS-A system integrates intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) ground processors to produce a common network-centric, modular, and scalable, multi-intelligence interoperable architecture. The DCGS-A system consolidates functions of several military intelligence (MI), geospatial and weather systems into a single integrated system. It provides the framework for the military services to task, post and process, use, and disseminate intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) sensor data and products. DCGS-A is responsible for providing the Standard and Sharable Geospatial Foundation (SSGF) per the Net-Enabled
Mission Command (NEMC) Initial Capabilities Document (ICD).
TerraGo Publisher for ArcGIS enables organizations to significantly enhance the value of their existing GIS systems by producing and exploiting portable, interactive and intelligent GeoPDF maps and imagery that can be easily updated and shared inside and outside the organization with anyone using the free Adobe Reader. TerraGo Publisher seamlessly integrates with Esri ArcGIS and extends the value of ArcGIS workflows, transforming geospatial intelligence into a vital collaborative asset for the entire organization, particularly for users without GIS training and software.
TerraGo Composer for Adobe Acrobat transforms PDF Maps into GeoPDF by converting any
PDF-based map into a geo-registered GeoPDF and assemble maps from multiple sources using
Adobe Acrobat.
TerraGo Publisher for SOCET GXP creates a geo-registered PDF file, or GeoPDF, from geo-referenced data and image files loaded as layers in a SOCET GXP Multiport. GeoPDFs are output from SOCET GXP, then loaded into the Adobe Reader environment; layers can be turned on-and-off. The software also allows for automatic 3-D GeoPDF publishing of terrain, imagery, and models loaded as layers in a SOCET GXP Multiport.
The description for the items to be purchased are as follows:
