All prospective contractors shall have experience in the supply of heavy duty End of Line Test systems and shall include with its bid a list of prior projects that involve the supply of End of Line Test Systems. Prospective contractors must be able to show where they have managed prior End of Line Test Systems or similar projects that were at least three million dollars or more. The three (3) EOLTS will be installed in current facilities at RRAD. It will be the winning contractor’s responsibility to come on depot prior to fabrication of the EOLTS to insure a proper fit inside the facilities to include the EOLTS control rooms. The facilities will have electrical panels within seventy five (75) feet of the equipment once the equipment is placed inside the building.
