CERTIFIED MATERIAL TEST REPORT

For those material(s) identified below, a Certificate of Analysis test report shall be provided to the Government at time of delivery to CAAA (Crane Army Ammunition Activity). The test results contained on the Certificate of Analysis report(s) shall be adequate to determine compliance with all applicable requirements of the material specification(s) listed below. Availability of the Certificate of Analysis may be in addition to other Purchase requirements and does not reduce or prejudice the Government’s right to inspect supplies under other provisions of this contract. The test report(s) shall contain the following:

Material Packing Kit

Requirements For PDU-58 Leaflet Dispenser

a. Name and address of Manufacturer and Supplier when *applicable.

(*If Material is not manufactured by the Supplier.)

b. Purchase order number.

c. Identification of material by specification, revision, amendment and dates, together with type, grade, size etc. number.

d. Quantity of material.

e. Material testing results shall address specifications.

Material: Fiberboard .12” thick, with an inner surface elevation tolerance of ± .0312 made of five laminations of 45-lb test virgin Kraft paper and Sodium Silicate glue.

Material: Fiberboard, .12 thick, made of outer layers of 42lb test virgin Kraft paper and two layers of Kraft filler.

Material: Polyethylene foam, with a density of 9-lb/ft3; water absorption of <0.1 lb/ft2; compression strength of 85psi; tensile strength, @ .50 thickness = 129psi; cell size, 0.8 millimeter; thermal stability, <5%; corrosivity, none;

thermal resistance, @ R value = 2.09 to 2.48 (HR-ft2-F/BTU); static decay, <2 sec (Anti-Static Grade.

Specifications: Per Drawing 1291AS357 Documentation to support above Material should be provided to CAAA at the time of delivery. This information will aid in the receiving / acceptance process.

f. Quantity tested, sample size, and specimen type as applicable.

g. Date, signature, and title of the authorized representative of the contractor that is attesting to the accuracy of test report
