Ballistic Guard Shack

Question: Please define “Minimum 1 interior Outlet quad" Is this an electrical or communications outlet? If it is electric, is there any need for phone or data outlets in the guard shacks? "
Answer: 4 outlet quad is for electric. No need for communication outlets.
Question: Is this drop ship only? Does end user have a lift to unload buildings?
Answer: Drop ship only. End user has a 14K Forklift. Guard shack should be portable with forklift.
Question: Our standard base is a little more than 3”, will this suffice?
Answer: more than 3” will be accepted
Question: Regarding the LED light with lens, did you want something along the lines of a daylight sensor on the interior light?
Answer: Daylight senser will be accepted.
Question: Regarding the HVAC spec, typically for a unit of this size there is no need to separate heating
& cooling into separate units, and this just increases the price. Is it acceptable to propose a single HVAC unit meeting both the heating and cooling spec?
Answer: Single HVAC heating and cooling unit is acceptable.
Question: Who is responsible for Installation of the Guard Shack?
Answer: Customer is responsible. Contractor is to drop ship shack.
Question: Will we be required to provide crane/ rigging services to unload the guard shack?
Answer: Contractor is not required to provide crane/ rigging service. Guard shack should be transportable using a 14K forklift by customer.
Question: Will the Guard shack be installed on an Existing Slab?
Answer: Customer wants the ability to place both on and off slab
