2 On the BOM Excel Sheet, the Total cell is calculating on the Unit Price "C" Column instead of Column "D" the Extended Price Column.

3 Not sure about being able to give a fixed price on the WS‐1. Several of the WS‐1s have shared walls and/or extra panels.

4 Looking at Oak Point's CAD (E‐101), they are calling for "Under Carpet" Power/Data beneath the T‐2 Conference Table in Room 104. Would that imply that the T‐2 Conference Table requires a Power/Data Module?

5 When do you plan on ordering this furniture? 24‐Mar‐21 As soon as the contract is awarded & signed. The contract will be the Purchase order for the contractor to perform on the soliciation

6 When would you want the furniture installed? 24‐Mar‐21 within a couple weeks after delivery 6‐Apr‐21 7 Are there any restrictions on hours that the install can be performed? 24‐Mar‐21 Schedule normal work by Contractor and Subcontractor personnel between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. If the Contractor desires to work during periods other than above, submit a written request (e‐mail is acceptable) for each such occurrence to the Contracting Officer at least 3 working days in advance of the proposed event, so that the Government may make special inspection and/or security arrangements.

The Contracting Officer may decline approval. Contractor may have to work outside the normal work schedule in order to make utility connects; when this occurs, contractor shall adjust the work schedule or pay overtime. There will be no change associated with the change in schedule. (See Statement of Work Section IV‐i: Workdate)

13 Can you describe the loading/unloading area and the path to each area?

Can we use both bay doors to bring in product? Are there any doors that we would need to go thru and what is the width of the door?

24‐Mar‐21 There are 2 separate entrances. The Sheet Metal side which is paved to a garage door entry into room 122. The Fuel cell side also has a paved entry with 35 inch door openings.

14 When is the last date for questions to be submitted to you (should we have others)?

15 WS‐4: Should be hot‐wired? It is single station and I do not think it is necessary to have electric power. Instead we can offer open panel at the wall side so the user can access at the wall for IT module and Electric Source.

16 WS‐4: Please advise me if there is any reason to have a high partition at the wall side. If not we suggest to have same high level for all partitions.
