Request For Information (RFI) #1
Question 1: Is the number of meals which needs to be served each weekend a set amount of meals?
Answer 1: The number of meals to be served each weekend is not set. The number of meals required for each UTA (Unit Training Assembly) is typically confirmed a week before the meals are required.
Q2: If so how many people will need to be served each weekend?
A2: The current amount of personnel being served each meal is 130, but this could go down in the event of deployments, or balloon upwards to 200, although this occurrence is rare. In either case, the numbers will be confirmed a week before the requirement.
