Q- Who is the current incumbent contractor, what was the award amount or contract award number?
A- The previous award was within the Ability One Program. The award amount was $54,056.00 inclusive of all option years.
Q- Is the expectation to conduct additional frequency services in conjunction with the weekly service when those service dates come around? Specifically, are the semi-monthly, monthly, semi-annually and annually services to be conducted on the same day as the weekly services? Or are these services performed on a separate date?
A- The semi-monthly, monthly, semi-annually and annually services do not need to be performed on the same day as weekly services. They just need to be completed at their respective time intervals as identified in the PWS.
Q- In addition to the above question, when calculating the price proposal, should the semi-monthly, monthly, semi-annual, annual services be calculated as additional hours added to the weekly service or a total separate charge which could raise the price proposal calculation?
A- Semi-monthly, monthly, semi-annual, annual services are separate from weekly services. Each of these services has its own contract line item and is separately priced.
Q- What is the current approximate total number hours of worked by the current employees on the weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, semi-annually and annually services?
A- Given the dollar value of this requirement, we do not ask for a labor hour breakout. Therefore we do not know the exact number of hours being worked. We only ask for the price per service. This is broken out by each contract line item on the solicitation.
Q-Is there an expectation by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the number of hours to be worked during the weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, semi-annually and annually services?
A- Given the dollar value, this requirement is exempt from having a COR.
Q-Toilet tissue & Paper towel dispensers, how many rolls of toilet tissue and bundles of paper towels should be left at the facility or in commode stalls per week to prevent running out of supplies?
A- This is an estimate you will have to make based on the requirement. We do not have estimates for that.
