The Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the acquisition strategy for Septic, Grease Trap, and Catch Basin Services at Fort Devens, MA. The contractor will be responsible for three wastewater and storm water systems: septic, grease traps, and catch basins. All system materials will be disposed of offsite IAW all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed by qualified and appropriately licensed personnel IAW all applicable laws and regulations.
This RFI is for planning purposes only. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the government to procure these items or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this RFI, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Any information that the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such.
Responses to this RFI should include the following submittal requirements:
1. Name of Company; Company Address; Point of Contact, CAGE Code, and Socio-Economic Size Status (Large/Small Business/HubZone/8(a)/Woman Owned Small Business/etc.) Utilizing NAICS code 562998 Responses to this RFI shall be submitted by 18 June 2019 at 2:00 PM EST to Emily.schlee.civ@mail.mil. Only e-mail submittals will be accepted.
