Q1. Is service currently under contract? If so is who is the current contractor?

A1. This location is currently without service.

Q2. There are two names as the Contract Specialists in the Solicitation who is the point of contact Mr.

James Bond or Ms. Jasmye Peterson?

Q3. Is the current statement of work the same in the current contract?

A3. No contract is currently in place.

Q4. As a Service Disabled Veteran Contractor will the Government provide price preference for this award?

A4. No.

Q5. Can the Government provide the current monthly price?

A5. This information will not be provided.

Q6. Does the Government have any historical data on paper product usage?

A6. The Government does not have this information.

Q7. If awarded this contract does current staff have first refusal? Under Far 52.222.17 “Nondisplacement of Qualified Workers Under Service Contracts “Right of First Refusal”. Will the government provide us the name of employee(s)?

A7. The Government does not provide employee information of contractors.

Q8. Can the Government provide the current contract number?

A8. There is no current contract number.

Q9. Will the Government provide keys to access the buildings for service?

A9. Please see PWS paragraph 1.5.9.1

Q10. Can the government provide staffing or visitor count for each facility?

A10. There are 6 Full time Soldiers/Civilians. One weekend a month there are approximately 130 Soldiers. For two weeks during annual training there are 130 Soldiers full time. This numbers are approximations and can change without notice due to real-world missions.

Q11. Do employees need any badging or id badges for access the building?

Q15. In the solicitation the following statements are unclear requiring the contractor to conduct business between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 Monday – Friday and 2.7.5. Weekly (W) services. For clarification purposes is general services weekly or daily Monday-Friday?

1.5.3. HOURS OF OPERATION. The contractor is responsible for conducting business between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday except Federal Holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar directed facility closings. No work shall be performed during non-duty hours, weekends or when the Government has no workforce on duty available for inspection of the Contractor’s work unless prior approval has been obtained. The contractor must maintain an adequate workforce for uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within this PWS when the Government facility is not closed for the above reasons.

2.7.5. Weekly (W). Services performed 52 times during each 12 month period of the contract at intervals of six to eight calendar days.

A15. This statement is simply to show the contractor the hours that the facility is open. Services are to be provided once a week on any day Monday through Friday between the hours of 0800-1630
