Holiday Rate(s): Compensation for hours worked on federally recognized holidays: 1.4x normal hourly rate in accordance with state and local labor laws.

On-Call Rate(s): $5.00/hour; provider must be within 30 minutes arrival time from the facility; provider must be available by beeper or cell phone and be able to provide a phone consultation.

Call Back Rate(s): 1.4x normal hourly rate (applies when the provider is physically at the facility).
