1 x the normal hourly rate (straight paid time only). Overtime is in excess of 40 hours per week per state and labor laws
1.2 x the base rate for all hours in excess of 40 hours in a week or 8 hours in a day (12 for California) (total hours worked must exceed 40 hours/week)

1.2 x the base rate for hours worked on the Federal Holiday provided the holiday falls within a 40 hour work week

On-Call Rate(s):

Weekend On-Call Rate: For weekends (24 hour period beginning Friday evening at 7:00 pm), the physician may be required to carry a beeper and be on-call. During this period, a one time charge of 4 x the regular hourly rate will be charged while in weekend on-call status. If physician is called back to work, the regular hourly rate will begin to be charged.
$5.00/hour, carry a cell phone/pager and remain within 30 minutes radius of the facility in order to promptly respond to a call-back. Phone consultation is included.

Straight paid time only per hour when called back to the facility to perform patient care.
The regular hourly rate will apply once provider is on site and begins work. If the call-back time, not including on-call, results in more than 40 hours in the work week, then the overtime rate will apply for the time over 40 hours. Minimum of 1 hour billable.
