9. Prices shown herein are “net” ceiling prices-not to exceed rates. The net ceiling rates include malpractice insurance for non-personal services task-orders and exclude travel and lodging. Personal Services task-orders will also be accepted. See pages 3 through 3 of this price list.

11. Medical Liability Insurance Limits: $1,000,000.00 per occurrence; $3,000,000.00aggregate.
12. For services, the ordering procedures, information on Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA’s), are found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-3. Rapid Temps is participating in Disaster Recovery Purchasing (Public Law 109-364, John Warner National Defense Authorization Act 2007).

Note: Rates shown are ceiling rates, including malpractice insurance. The rates shown exclude lodging and transportation charges.
Shift Differentials: None Work Week: Sunday – Saturday Overtime Rate(s): 1.3 X the normal hourly rate for all hours worked over 40 hours. Overtime is applicable to all SINs covered under SCA. CA: Overtime is 1.7 X the normal hourly rate after an 8 hour day or 12 hour shift.
Holiday Rate(s): 1.3 X the hourly rate for all Federal holidays when worked.
On-Call Rate(s): On-call rate is $6.00 per hour and includes telephone consultations. When in “on-call” status, the individual is required to carry a beeper or cell phone and answer calls. The individual must be within 30 minutes from the facility or within a 30 mile radius as determined by the task ordering facility.
Call Back Rate(s): Minimum is 2 hours pay. If the placement is called back to the medical facility, the regular hourly base rate (Task Order) will be charged unless overtime is incurred due to the 40 hours already worked. Overtime rate is charged at the overtime rate for hours the placement worked. Vendor call back rates will apply once individual is physical on site.
