About this file
This memorandum from the 39th Electronic Warfare Squadron requests a software defined radio with specific capabilities. The product must include an RFSoC FPGA with integrated ADCs and DACs, as well as digital up-conversion and down-conversion IP cores. All components and circuitry must be fully enclosed to accommodate testing. Threshold requirements include support for 8 receive channels, 4 transmit channels, a 400 MHz instantaneous bandwidth per channel, an FPGA RF network on chip development environment, and USB and Ethernet interfaces. The radio must also support frequencies from 1 MHz to 7.2 GHz. These specifications correspond to the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Test Center solicitation for a software defined radio.
