About this file
This document is a Market Research Survey related to a federal contract opportunity for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at All Ports Belgium. The survey requests information from companies regarding their ability to provide the full scope of services referenced in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) as a prime contractor, including labor, gear, and equipment to maintain minimum productivity levels. The survey also inquires about the companies' experience with foreign commercial contracts, preferred pricing methods, and any barriers to doing business with the government. Companies are asked to provide details on recent relevant projects, partnerships with small businesses, and the timeline for being fully operational after contract award. The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation for S&RTS services in support of the Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored cargo at all ports in Belgium, to be issued by the United States Transportation Command.
