For a complete identification of the work, please refer to the technical conditions indicated in this SOW and to the drawings.

A complete maintenance booklet for each individual component must be delivered.

1.2. General Requirements of the Contract

All the works described in the descriptive and graphic documents must be carried out in the most scrupulous observance of the Laws, rules and regulations, in any case, in a workmanlike manner.

It stands to reason that all the costs for the issue by the competent Authorities of any access permits or temporary occupation of the external area are borne by the Contractor (hereinafter the Company or Contractor).

All non-reusable removal materials, contemplated in this deed, will be transported to public landfills or eventually to places indicated by the Client at the care and expense of the

Contractor for which suitable transport documentation must be provided and delivery to authorized landfills without the expenses such as the work will not be compensated.

It also remains established that all costs relating to site inspections and surveys that the

Company deems most appropriate during the construction site or temporary site inspection are included and compensated for in the lump-sum prices referred to in this contract.

Prior to the start of work, the Contractor must provide the Client with:

Upon delivery of the works, the Contractor will arrange at its own expense to organize and set up the site within the area dedicated to the works, being responsible for the custody of means and materials, as will be better specified in the following documents that the Company is required to draw up and send to the COR, before handing over the construction site, to the

CSE and to the Project Supervisor.

All charges relating to demolitions, removals and clearing of bushes of the relative areas of intervention must be considered included and compensated, including handling on site, any lifting and lowering, loading and transport to landfill of resulting materials and download charges.

All the charges relating to the preparation of all the temporary works, such as delimitations and anything else necessary for the safe execution of the works relating to the intervention in question, are also to be considered included and compensated in the lump sum prices.

Any material used (“gravel, scree…”) to make the site area suitable for vehicles is included.

With regard to removals and excavations, these must be carried out in an orderly manner and with the necessary precautions, in order to prevent any injury to workers and to avoid inconvenience or disturbance to the performance of activities within the area.

The production of dust must be limited, therefore the resulting materials must be, if necessary, covered and contained in "removable" containers until they are disposed of.

For the indications referring to the constructional and dimensional characteristics of the artefacts, reference must be made to the description of the works and to the current state of the places, which the Contractor must have compulsorily examined in the places concerned.

Finally, it should be noted that the unit prices applied to the various magisteriums must therefore include general expenses, any costs for design, assembly and assembly, Company profits, charges for labour, transport, freight and materials, etc.

1.3. Offer and All-Inclusive Prices

Contractor declares, to all intents and purposes, that in formulating the offer it has taken into account all the particular and general situations inherent in the contract covered by this deed and, in particular, that it has evaluated all the obligations and charges indicated or referred to even implicitly, also evaluating the new prices if present, with the relative analyses.

The Contractor agrees to carry out the works according to the conditions and methods established or referred to in this Deed, even implicitly.

In accepting this contract, the Contractor declares to have taken full knowledge of the area subject to intervention and its nature, which lead to greater costs, to have normally examined the general, particular and contractual circumstances relating to the contract and the execution times and that you have taken all of this into account in your offer.

The Contractor acknowledges that the consideration for the contract, agreed in the manner and under the conditions all indicated or referred to implicitly in this deed, is inclusive of all the works and furniture required for the perfect execution of the contract itself in its entirety and functionality, including charges of all kinds.

With the lump sum prices of the estimate, it is intended to compensate the Contractor for any general and particular burden for undertaking the works to be fully functional and complete even in the non-mainstream parts and prescribed in these Specifications. Consequently, the estimated prices cannot be subject to changes due to incomplete or erroneous forecasts made by the Company in determining the offer during the tender. In the price the value of the offer, the Company must also include for all prices take into account the charges referred to in the

Administrative Conditions and in particular:

• on-site supplies of all materials;

• sources of energy and water supply;

• labor performance;

• rental of all necessary equipment of any kind;

• charges deriving from the general and particular conditions of these Regulations

(geotechnical tests and professional services, relating to checks, calculations, tests, documentation and certifications, static tests, technical tests - provisional, final test, etc.);

• contractual and tax expenses.

At the beginning of the works, the Contractor will take care and expenses to organize and set up its construction site on the areas granted, according to its instructions given by the COR, as per the timetable presented by the same Company, being responsible for the custody of means and materials , as will be better specified on the POS (operational safety) that the Company will be required to prepare in advance of the construction site installation.

All charges relating to the construction site of the intervention areas (delimitations, shelters, walkways, systems, etc.) which will be implemented from time to time by the Contractor must be considered included and compensated, even if not expressly provided for in these

Specifications, but however necessary for the correct execution of the contract. All charges relating to the preparation of all temporary works, such as scaffolding, shoring and anything else necessary for the safe execution of the works relating to the intervention in question are included and compensated in the lump-sum prices.

Loading, transport by any means, unloading and all maneuvers in general must be carried out with the greatest possible care, using means according to the type and diameter of the pipes and adopting all the necessary precautions in order to avoid breakage, cracks injuries or damage in general to the materials constituting the pipes themselves and their coating, if any.

Therefore, protruding and protruding bodies, excessive sliding, contact with which deterioration or deformation of the pipes can still occur. In the construction site one must prepare what is necessary (one will have to prepare to install the pipes, the special pieces and the accessories to be installed).

b) Stacking and storage

The stacking must be carried out by arranging the pipes in stacks in pitches suitably located along the route on a flat and stable area, sheltered from the sun's rays in the case of pipes subject to deformation or deterioration caused by significant thermal variations.

The base of the stacks must rest on suitably spaced tables or on a suitable support bed.

The height will be contained within the limits suitable for the materials and diameters, to avoid deformations in the base pipes and to allow easy sampling.

Stacked pipes can be blocked with wedges to avoid sudden rolling; protective measures, in any case, must be adopted to prevent the heads of the pipes from being damaged in any way.

The ends of the pipes intended for the conveyance of water for human consumption must be protected with suitable caps, in order to avoid dirtying the internal surfaces. For deformable pipes, the ends will be reinforced with provisional crosspieces. The joints, gaskets, bolts and materials in general the rays deposited, if perishable, be rays deposited, until the time of their use, in closed spaces inside containers protected from the sun or from heat sources from with oils or fats and not subjected to loads.

2) Excavation for the pipeline

a) Preliminary excavation operations

Signage of the construction site on the road.

For pipelines to be laid on the road, the Contractor, who remains solely responsible for the suitability and regularity of the road signs, is required to arrange for the laying and efficient maintenance of the prescribed signals, warning signs, trestles, walkways, sheet metal of any type measure and size, lighting, traffic light systems, etc., as well as any surveillance and protection of the works, according to the provisions in force on the subject.

The Client, while reporting the situations of which it may be aware that may arise irregularly, is not required to check daily all the courses in which to carry out the continuous control and the regular execution exclusively to the Contractor.

The Contractor will remain solely responsible, in the event that, as a result of the unreported and reported works, an accident of the works occurs and as specified in other points of the work and persons.

asphalt removal.

The milling of the asphalt must take place before the cut, performed with an asphalt cutter removal saw, and the excavation with a mechanical excavator or carried out milling of the required width with mechanical mechanics.

b) Excavation and niches

Excavation for laying the pipeline will normally proceed from downstream to upstream for the purpose of natural drainage of the water flowing into the cables.
