STATEMENT OF WORK

1. Objective/Requirements Maintenance, repair and service is needed for MTS Testing equipment located in the structures and materials laboratories (buildings 1205 and 1148) within the Research Directorate for both the Durability Damage Tolerance and Reliability Branch (DDTRB) and the Structural Mechanics & Concepts Branch (SMCB). MTS equipment is critical to ongoing work in the lab. Re-installation, calibration, annual service, and repair are needed on this equipment distributed across both buildings and organizations to maintain functioning of the laboratories. To meet this objective there are the following requirement:

1)The requirement is a prepaid annual service contract for $100,000.00 that will be used to provide, parts, annual services, calibrations and maintenance to existing MTS equipment.

Characteristics, Scope, and Specs

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, parts, and supervision necessary to perform preventative and remedial maintenance of equipment. Service maintenance and repair tasks shall be in accordance with the procedures recommended by the respective equipment manufacturer.

Task performed under this service contract may include:

General Labor Factory Repair Equipment Calibration Routine Maintenance Engineering Consulting Factory Training Parts and Equipment as needed

2. Place of Performance

Materials and Structural Research Labs in building 1205 and 1148 at NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton VA.

3. Period of Performance Till end of FY2025
