About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines NASA's requirement for ongoing maintenance and upgrades to the Numerical Propulsion System Simulation (NPSS) software. The procurement, associated with RITM1829249, fulfills a 2010 Software Use and Distribution Agreement between NASA and the Ohio Aerospace Institute. The services will provide NASA with software support equivalent to the lowest-level NPSS consortium members, including participation in the Program Advisory Committee (PAC) as a non-voting member with the ability to propose and discuss NPSS code modifications through a funded Participation Fee pool.

The related federal contract opportunity (Solicitation Number 80NSSC897045Q) is a Special Notice for NPSS Consortium services issued by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The solicitation seeks comprehensive maintenance and support services for the NPSS software, ensuring the system meets current and future needs for analyzing thermodynamic systems, advanced propulsion, and power systems. Specific services include annual meeting participation, software modification discussions, and technical support consistent with consortium membership terms.
