STATEMENT OF WORK
1. Objective/Requirements
Room B222 located in building 4663 is being outfitted with a video solution that will provide a media wall capable of displaying a user defined mosaic of information. The renovation to the space is intended to provide host contractor personnel, working at facility-provided computer PC stations, with a collaborative digital experience to promote their interaction with the mission parameters under their operation.
2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs
The contractor shall perform the following duties:
• Contractor shall provide the Activu visibility software platform including the
Web Client component that provides standard web‐based access to the vis|ability platform, allowing users to view sources, spaces, load layouts and interact with action panels, the Activu System manager (ASM) and the Activu display node.
• The Activu display node shall provide graphic output to the system’s displays, including LCD panels, and remote mirroring for collaborating positions through feeding source information from IP and video capture Inputs.
• Perform installation of display node driven video wall in a display array of 6 wide by
2 high. The display type 55‐inch LCD display with a HD 1920 x 1080 resolution.
• Perform installation of Dell Precision R3930 workstation system manager which manages the system configuration database, including definitions for all sources, displays, & devices, user rights & permissions, and provides authentication and roaming profiles.
• Perform installation of Dell Precision R3930 Workstation display node that provides graphic output to the video wall displays.
• Perform installation of Activu capture client on 9 government provided computer workstations.
• The contract vendor shall design, provide, install, integrate, and test the Activu visibility solution.
• The vendor shall provide on-site Operator training and manuals for Payload Mission and Operations Division personnel.

All work shall be performed NET July 14, 2023 and completed NLT September 27, 2023.
