SYNOPSIS:

SEAT,AIRCRAFT; End Item: UH 60A, UH 60L, HH UH60M, UH 60V HELICOPTER

PR 87184243 is FOB Origin, I/A Origin. NSN (1680-01-494-3019) is a SEAT,AIRCRAFT. This solicitation is for a quantity of 123 each. Solicitation is being solicited as unrestricted, other than full and open. There is one approved source of supply: BAE SYSTEMS LAND & ARMAMENTS L.P. 54786 P/N 100900-11 and SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION 78286 P/N 70500-01151-105. The required delivery is 559 days ARO. This NSN has configuration control, critical application item, Export Control, and is not commercial. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 2 February, 2021.

This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.”
