SYNOPSIS:
CONTROL,TRANSMITTER;
PR 70001140149 is FOB Origin, I/A Destination. NSN (5865-012226240) is a CONTROL,TRANSMITTER. This solicitation is for a quantity of 67 each. Solicitation is being solicited as unrestricted, other than full and open. There is one approved source of supply: TELEDYNE DEFENSE ELECTRONICS, LLC (CAGE 24022) P/N: CSA-947280. The required delivery is 295 days ARO. This NSN has critical application item, Covered Defense Information, Higher Level Contract Quality, Export Control, Classified Document requiring a security classification level of “Secret”, and is not commercial. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is December 16th, 2022.
This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.”
