PRON: D13H0070D1. The Government proposes to acquire on a ONE TIME BUY, Firm- Fixed Price contract, a quantity of 45 each of a COMPRESSOR UNIT, REC; NSN: 4310-01- 508-5885; Part Number: 11474218-2 applicable to the PATRIOT MISSILE weapon system.
This item is Sole Source to Tansdigm, Inc. doing Business as Aerocontrolex, cage Code: 81833.
The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website:

THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS
RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751
ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-
2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED
OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE
GOVERNMENT.
EXPORT CONTROL REQUIRES THE APPLICABLE CERTIFICATIONS TO BE
CURRENT FOR BOTH THE QUOTER AND MANUFACTURER. THE OFFEROR AND
ANY SOURCE(S) OF SUPPLY IT WILL USE FOR CONTRACT PERFORMANCE

PROGRAM (JCP) CERTIFICATION TO ACCESS EXPORT CONTROLLED DATA.

OFFER OR ITS SOURCE(S) SUPPLY TO APPLY FOR AND RECEIVE DLA
