Description:

PRON: D10F0228D1: The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a proposed minimum quantity of 30 each for the first order, then up to 30 each maximum for each year afterwards of a Cable Assembly Lead to MSL, NSN: 6150-01-399- 5799, Part Number: 495-200007 applicable to the M- DP Avenger weapon system.

Production Lead Time (PLT) without First Article Test is, 210 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to REDSTONE ARENSAL, AL 35898-8052.

This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions.

This part must be acquired directly from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawings as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website https://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
