AgileAir-70 Air and Power Cart

Anticipated Contract Award Date: TBD Contractor: JBT AeroTech Description: The contractor shall manufacture the AgileAir-70 Air and Power Cart. Requested quantities of parts are identified as requested order quantity (ROQ) 1 AgileAir-70. The parts are all proprietary to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), JBT AeroTech. The period of performance will be 6months at-receipt of -order. All travel associated with parts manufacturing shall be included in the fixed price proposal of each part. The contractor shall address any defects with manufactured parts after delivery if reported by country on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery schedule: One (1) AgileAir-70 Air and Power Cart after receipt of order Duration of the contract period: The total duration of this contract shall not exceed 6 months. The order will be placed at contract award and delivery will be 6 months.

Solicitation Procedures: This is anticipated to be a Sole Source contract to JBT Aerotech. After market research there are no other qualified venders that are currently producing the air and power cart that can meet the requirements.

Place of Contract Performance: 1805 W 2550 South, Ogden, UT 84401, United States Set-aside Status: N/A History: Contracting officer posted a Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) on sam.gov requesting any potential qualified sources for manufacture of any listed spare parts. (RFI/SSS dated August 24, 2021). JBT AeroTech Corporation was the sole respondent as of 23 Sept 2021. Additional research into their website indicates they are still a manufacturer of the required air and power cart. The Program Office researched historical manufacturers/sources identified through government supply systems. Attempts were made to contact these historical sources and it was determined that the only source is JBT AeroTech Corporation.
