Replace 9 Electrical Power Panels Southeastern Fruit and Tree Nut Research Laboratory

General Information
1.0 Scope of Work
Replace 9 outdated main circuit breaker panels installed in five outbuildings and one outdoor power pole located at 21 Dunbar Rd, Byron, GA. The old panels will have to be removed before the new can be installed all wiring needs to be hard piped into boxes.
2.0 Background
The existing circuit breaker panels have been installed since the early seventies, are still operational but way beyond their statistical life. In 2018 a USDA Builder Inspection was conducted and these panel were recommended for replacement.
Contractor Requirements
3.0 Technical Requirements / Tasks
Describe the specific tasks or work the contractor must perform. Provide direction on any specific methodologies.
Demo old panel, fix any old worn‐out wire that does not meet NFPA or electrical code.
Install new panels all wiring going to panel will be hard piped and secured. New breakers will be installed into panel and labeled to the location they feed. The new panels need to have arc flash sticker signed off by Master electrician.

5.0 Deliverables / Schedule
All written deliverables shall be phrased in layperson language.
All work can be done during normal working hours, the Facilities Operation Specialist William Rengstorf will arrange lab shut down and telework arrangements with building personal.
Day 1. Lockout power source to panel remove old panels and replace wiring.
Facilities Operations Specialist will do the final inspection before job is signed off as completed.

Key personal will be certified and licensed with the knowledge of NFPA and Electrical Code for State of Wisconsin.
