STATEMENT OF WORK
Fabricate and Deliver 2 463L High Line Docks
1. SCOPE: Fabricate and deliver two cargo aircraft 463L pallet position highline docks to the
60th Aerial Port Squadron. Delivery should be accomplished by 30 September 2023. One of the highline docks will have an integrated scale with center of gravity (C/G or C/B) indicator.
As a minimum, this highline dock with integrated scale must be capable of weighing and computing C/G on a 4 position (T4) multi-pallet train
1.1 The vendor must have previously fabricated and delivered a 6 pallet position high line dock to an Air Force Installation. No first time builds will be accepted. Vendor will fabricate using their most current highline dock plans and drawings.
1.2 Vendor must comply with instructions specified with this SOW.
2. DELIVERY LOCATION: Deliver both highline docks to Building 977, the Air Freight Terminal, 60th Aerial Port Squadron located on Travis AFB, California.
2.1 Vendor will provide carrier tracking information and carrier contact information 24 hours after highline dock is loaded and shipped to Travis AFB.
2.2 Vendor will deliver to Bldg 977 during normal hours of operation, Monday-Friday from 0730-1630.
2.3 60 APS POC’s will be Mr. Al Lofton and Mr. Richard Salek. They may be reached at

3. HIGHLINE DOCK SPECIFICATIONS:
3.1 Both docks should be designed to hold six 463L pallets of 12,500 lbs. each. 80,000 lbs. total.
3.2 Both docks must hold type V platforms with total loads up to 80,000 lbs. 1,875 lbs.
per linear foot.
3.3 Both docks must hold various flat bottom containers up to 108 inches wide.
Combination loads of above, up to 80,000 lbs.
3.4 Both docks will have removable safety guard rails and manual pallet stops on each end capable of stopping fully loaded 463L pallets.
4. INSTALLATION AND SCALE CALIBRATION
4.1 Vendor will provide 60 APS with detailed installation instructions with assembly photos or drawings and vendor will mark clearly parts to aid in the assembly.
4.2 60 APS will provide necessary forklifts, tools and manpower to assemble both high line docks on site in the Bldg 977 Air Freight Compound.
4.3 Vendor will promptly replace any missing or damaged parts that prevent final assembly of both high line docks.
4.4 60 APS will ensure scale calibration service is accomplished on the one high line dock with integrated scale and C/G indicator.
5. WARRANTY:
5.1 Vendor will provide One Year warranty on both highline docks to include parts and scale components.
5.2 Vendor will promptly expedite warranted parts to 60 APS.
5.2 Warranty start date will commence upon documented delivery to 60 APS.
