About this file

This Statement of Work details the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Port Security Unit's requirements for a tactical training facility from 11-13 April 2025. The contractor must provide a comprehensive facility capable of accommodating 75 shoreside members, including specific amenities such as a Team House, Tactical Operations Center (TOC), gym, WIFI, outdoor recreation, full laundry, and private bathrooms and showers. The facility must also support small arms training, including .50 caliber weapon system exercises and carbine ranges, and be located within 30 minutes of a local medical facility.

The training is specifically for essential tactical qualification and proficiency maintenance, with a strong preference for a single location that can simultaneously support both lodging and training to minimize transportation and scheduling disruptions. The solicitation indicates this is a sole-source procurement intended to be awarded to Asymmetric Solutions Logistics and Procurement under simplified acquisition procedures, with a firm-fixed price procurement type and a total value under the $250,000 simplified acquisition threshold.
