About this file
This document is a Statement of Work for the acquisition of a 4-port Network Analyzer with device noise figure estimate capability to support design and testing of current and future missions. The key requirements include a benchtop Vector Network Analyzer unit not exceeding 20x12x15 inches, with 4 channels, a dynamic range exceeding 135 dB, a frequency range of 10 MHz to 20 GHz, and a Noise Receiver from 50 MHz to 20 GHz. The unit must also include a Noise Figure Kit, Calibration Kit, High Stability Timebase, and analog input/output on the RF channels.
The related federal contract opportunity is a Pre-Solicitation for ENA-X-E508A Vector Network Analyzer with options. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Keysight Technologies under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) since Keysight is the manufacturer that can provide equipment compatible with NASA's existing instruments. The procurement will be for commercial items and services using FAR Parts 12 and 13. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications by 8/29/2024 to be considered for potential full and open competition.
