About this file
This statement of work outlines requirements for a single sample benchtop viscometer to be provided under a Department of the Navy solicitation. The instrument must measure viscosity, density and temperature from a single sample over a range of 0.2 to 200 cSt and 20 to 100 degrees Celsius, with 0.01 degree Celsius temperature accuracy. Delivery and installation are required at the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center in San Diego by 3 November 2023. One year of factory warranty must be included. Onsite training and minimum ten-year replacement part availability are also requirements.
