STATEMENT OF NEED

Siteimprove Subscription

1.0 GENERAL SCOPE

The National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) has the need for analytics of our public websites which provides actionable measures addressing website quality assurance issues. This includes common spelling errors, broken links, and many other quality assurance topics as well as Section 508 accessibility concerns.

This requirement includes training of NASS employees.

This subscription service will be provided to identified NASS public websites.

2.0 PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

This subscription service will include:

3.0 PRODUCT

The primary product resulting from this subscription will be the ability to produce reports, or otherwise help us identify and correct quality or accessibility factors affecting our websites.

4.0 INCIDENTAL SERVICES

This subscription shall include advanced user training and support calls as noted above.

5.0 DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

This subscription service runs on external servers and scans NASS public websites. NASS employees are responsible for ensuring website pages contain correct coding to optimize scanning.
