This procurement is being done on an urgent basis. The prior contract for this service was terminated for cause due to non-performance on August 4, 2015. Due to the hazardous waste that has accumulated since the old contractor stopped performing, it is necessary to procure this service on a sole source basis. This will allow time for a properly competed contract to be awarded for the period beginning on or about January 1, 2016.
