Text7: Official training to operate and care for a Shimadzu HPLC-MS is only provided by Shimadzu themselves. There are other vendors who can perform a PM on the HPLC-MS; however, without a Shimadzu PM and confirmation of operation, we would be responsible for any issues or repairs on the HPLC-MS before training could occur. Performing the PM and training in the same visit or within days of each other would be the most seamless operation to using the HPLC-MS again.
