PRON: D19H0054D1. The Government proposes to acquire on a One Time Buy (OTB), FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) contract a quantity of 15 each, of a CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY;

PN: 13661329-1; NSN: 5998-01-643-0458, applicable to the M-D6 PATRIOT Weapon system.

Production Lead Time, without First Article Testing (FAT) for 15 each, is 510 days After Contract Award (DACA), with deliveries to FORT BLISS, TX 79916-5801.

This item is RESTRICTED to RAYTHEON COMPANY, CAGE CODE: 05716.

This part must be acquired directly from the actual manufacturer. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Source Approval Authority (SAR), Missile SAR Submittal Instructions, Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR).
