Synopsis
PRON: D18H0231D1. The Government proposes to acquire on a One-Time Buy contract a quantity of fifteen (15) NSN: 5895-01-530-2360, Part Number: 13623040 applicable to the M- D6 Weapon System. Contractor Tested First Article Quantity of (1) unit, 280 Days After Contract Award,with Government Review for 30 Days, and Production Quantity of remaining(14) units, 320 Days After Contract Award, with deliveries to : SR HEADQUARTERS US ARMY AVIATION
& MIS, AMCOM FLEET MGT CENTER AFMC, HOLBROOK RD, BLDG 738, FORT BLISS,
TX , 79916-5801. This is a SOLE SOURCE to YULISTA AVIATION, INC., CAGE 4WZ02.
This part required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.

The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Manufacture of this part requires special test and/or inspection facilities to maintain function or system integrity.
Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. All offers must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.

GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. NO DOCUMENTATION IS BEING RELEASED WITH THIS
SOLICITATION. ACQUISITION DOCUMENTATION IS SOLE SOURCE TO THE
RESTRICTED SOURCE OF SUPPLY.
NOTE 22:
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
