Synopsis
Subject: CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPEC-See the first paragraph of this Government requirement for the person to contact.
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.2 this announcement serves as preliminary notice of the Defense Logistics Agency intent to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for CABLE ASSY, SPEC.
No telephone requests will be accepted. Formal communication related to this acquisition should be directed to Al Condino, Contract Specialist at pamela.reed@dla.mil. For request for solicitation, please include solicitation number, the company name, Cage Code, business size status and your direct contact information, i.e., e-mail address, mailing address, and telephone number. In the E-Mail Subject Line enter “SPRRA2-19-R-0001”.
PRON: D18F0018D1. The Government proposes to acquire on a 5 Year IDIQ, FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) contract with a minimum quantity of (81), and maximum quantity of (261) each of a CABLE ASSY; NSN: 6150-01-585-5712; PN: 443-50134-1 applicable to the M-DP Weapon System.
Production Lead Time with PRODUCTION LOT TEST is 210 Days After Receipt of Order, with deliveries to PR WOH9 US ARMY AVN & MISSLES CMD, REDSTONE TECHNICAL

The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions.
Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Source Approval Authoirty (SAR), Missile SAR Submittal Instructions, Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
