PRON: D18H0163D1. The Government proposes to acquire on a One Time Buy (OTB), FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) contract with a quantity of 60 each, for a MOTOR,ALTERNATING C; NSN:
6105-01-599-6729; PN: 11463449-3 applicable to the M-D6 PATRIOT Weapon system.
Production Lead Time (PLT) is 90 days After Contract Award (DACA), with deliveries to FORT
BLISS, TX 79916-5801.
This item is RESTRICTED to LEKTON, INC., CAGE code: 0SSP0. This part requires restricted engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.
Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s).
This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Source Approval Authority (SAR), Missile SAR Submittal Instructions, Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
