About this file

This document provides instructions for downloading and viewing technical data packages related to a federal contract opportunity for tactical displays. The opportunity is a pre-solicitation for 453 tactical displays identified by National Stock Number 5999-01-568-6545 and Part Number 12466033-4. The estimated value is 100% with delivery destination. The solicitation is expected to be released on or around November 21, 2022 and will explain that the drawings are inadequate for competitive bidding. As a result, the opportunity is being restricted to the approved source of General Dynamics Canada or its authorized distributors, who will be the only sources considered. Interested parties can contact the Competition Management Office to become an approved source for future opportunities. The solicitation will also contain a provision allowing for the use of a reverse auction pricing technique, and contractors must register on the reverse auction system to participate if one is held.
