This procurement is Sole Source to Collins Aerospace/Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation, Part Number 12591729 (Military); 5917822 (MFG) and Global ET, Part Number GCU-0012 (MFG).

The subject solicitation is Sole Source/Limited Source. The TDP will only be available to the Sole Source/Limited Source Manufacturers. Any questions, please contact the Contract Specialist.

The solicitation should be released to the web on or about 06 Feb 2020. See the solicitation for actual closing date. Once available, the solicitation can be downloaded from beta SAM (www.beta.sam.gov).

Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL)

You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation, via Contract Opportunities (www.beta.sam.gov). To register, or to re-register, please select the DD Form 2345 link from the Joint Certification Program (JCP) Home page ((https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) and follow the instructions for completion, noting the required documentation to submit with the form. Mail the Form 2345, along with the required documentation to to the address is provided on form; it CANNOT be faxed or emailed. The process should take no more than one week for you to be certified or denied for approval under the JCP.
