(1) depict the completed (item(s), and

(2) serve as the basis for inspection of the completed item(s).

(d) The Contractor is responsible for obtaining all specifications and drawings necessary to manufacture the items being solicited _____________________________ in accordance with the TDP including all incorporated specifications and drawings. (e) If you fail to produce an end item with a cumulative fit that conforms to Government drawings, specifications or other supplemental manufacturing documentation, you'll be responsible for correcting this condition at no additional cost to the Government and no delivery schedule extension.

The submission of an ECP and/or RFV by the Contractor shall not preclude the Government from exercising its rights under any clause of the Contract.
