• Remote Pendent Control, full jogging in X,Y,C,B,A and Z and along programmed cut path

• CNC Controller, Touch screen, USB support, Waterjet cutting software that includes nesting, cad package, maintenance diagnostics, automatic Kerf Compensation, standard parts library, DXF importation, database to determine optimum cutting speeds based on material, thickness and surface finish, array nesting software, auto nesting, auto mirroring, multiple sheet nesting

• Abrasive Flow Monitoring Device to sense changes in vacuum flow and pause the program when problems arise

• Abrasive delivery mini hopper

• Abrasive Transfer Pump and Hopper 500kg

• Electric Servo Pump- Max operating pressure 66,000psi, Max Flow Rate 3.8l/min, Cooling water consumption 6.0 l/min @20degC, Noise level below 70db(A)

• Precision Angle Control 5-axis cutting head, 60 degree beveling capability, +/-60degree continuous rotation, stand off control to eliminate head rubbing on part, ability to compensate taper to ensure accurate parts and minimize undercutting and blowout, accuracy of positioning +/-.1 degree

• Laser Sensor for precision terrain mapping on surface to be cut to ensure stand off distance throughout the cut

• Abrasive waste removal system, waste garnet is pumped into raised big bag inside of tank for easy forklift removal

• Package Freight, shipping to receiving activity (TRF, Bangor)

• Rigging and Installation of machine and all accessories

• Training 4 days

• 1 year warranty

• NRTL Certification - The equipment (as a whole system) shall be Nationally Recognized Testing

Laboratory (NRTL) inspected and certified (by an OSHA authorized third party). A NRTL certification report shall be provided. If the equipment type/model has already been NRTL inspected and certified, a certification report or documentation mounted on the equipment, (which acknowledges it is NRTL certified), shall be provided.

• Operator/Maintenance/Repair manuals (three hard copies)
