Startup and Training shall be scheduled 30 days from machine delivery, nevertheless, payment shall be due thirty (30) days after machine delivery at the prices stipulated in the contract for the accepted machine and all accepted contract items, regardless of the scheduling of startup and/or training. The Startup certificate is only valid for one (1) year from machine delivery.

Startup must be conducted within one (1) year from machine delivery or additional charges may apply. Startup delays beyond 120 days after delivery may affect the OEM warranty of the purchased machine.
