6. One (1) Rack Mount (Taylor Dynamometer (now referred to as PTDSUBCO, LLC), Item #00013500002 or equivalent)
7. Asbestos – No asbestos products/materials shall be used in any components (i.e. gaskets, etc.) of the equipment. The equipment shall be asbestos free.
8. Removal/Installation Services - The contractor shall provide all personnel and supplies to disconnect the existing dynamometer, all associated equipment, securing devices (including clamps and bolts), and the new specified equipment and all associated equipment shall be assembled, installed, calibration, set-up and tested by the contractor. The contractor shall provide all personnel, and supplies necessary for the complete installation and set-up of the proposed system. The contractor shall completely level the machine prior to any operational testing and training described herein. (NOTE: The government shall provide forklift and utilities (power and water) disconnection/connection services.)
