Salient Characteristics for a Waterjet Upgrade

1. One (1) Waterjet Upgrade - Flow Mach 500-4030 Waterjet to include the following features:

a. Work Envelope: 4.0 m x 3.05 m (13’-1” x 10’-0”)

b. Precision Z- Axis. Fully programmable servo-driven Z-Axis

c. Dynamic Waterjet. Automatic taper compensation to produce 2D parts with tight tolerances at higher speeds; Automatically adjusts for taper based on material type, speed, and desired edge finish

d. PASER® 4 cutting system: New industry benchmark in cutting heads; 408 kg [900 lb] abrasive delivery system.

e. FlowCUT® PC-based controller software suite: Roll-around control; FlowXpert™ software package

f. HyPlex® Prime pump: 50 hp, 4150 bar [60,000 psi]

g. CleanCut Material Support System: Integrated water level control

2. One (1) Flow Mach 500-4030 Waterjet “Options” to include the following features:

a. Dynamic XD®: Automatic taper compensation to produce 2D and 3D parts with tight tolerances at higher speeds

b. Compass: Integrated collision sensing and tool center point contour follower

c. HyperJet® 94i-S intensifier pump: 50 hp, 6,500 bar (94,000 psi)

d. UltraPierce™: Allows the user to automatically pierce holes in brittle and composite materials without breakage or delamination

3. IUID: Item Unique Identification Labeling

4. Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) inspection and certification

5. Three (3) Operating and Maintenance Manuals

6. One (1) year warranty

7. One (1) mt [2200 lb] of premium quality garnet for improved cutting performance and more consistent flow

8. Start-up services, rigging services, installation, and training (to be provided by Flow-certified technicians)
