Collapsible GPS Tracker Antenna

SPECIFICATION SHEET

Mountain Home AFB, ID

Collapsible GPS Tracker Antenna 13 June 2023

1.0. GENERAL: The 266th Range Squadron located at Mountain Home AFB, ID requires two (2), grid parabolic, high power, narrow half power beam width, highly mobile, collapsible, GPS, Tracker Antennas with field carrying cases to integrate into our GPS Search Identification Friend or Foe (SIFF) Tracker System. Shall be compatible with Black Sage, Goshawk antenna.

2.0. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: Antennas shall at a minimum comply with the following:

2.1. Approximate weight: Shall not exceed 30 pounds

2.1.1. Parabolic dish diameter: Approximately 1 meter

2.1.2. Material: Aluminum chrome conversion, similar to MIL-C-5541 Class 1A, 6060-T6 aluminum alloy

2.1.3. Radiating Feed Element Material: Copper, Virgin Teflon, (Radome material: UV stabilized polycarbonate clear) (insect and weatherproof)

2.1.4. Frequency range: GPS L1 +/- 50 MHz, GPS L2 +/- 50 MHz

2.1.5. Input power: 2,000 watts nominal maximum, input Radio Frequency (RF) power, average power not pulsed

2.1.6. Approximate half-power beamwidth: 13.3 degrees

2.1.7. Input connection: 7/16 DIN female, 50 ohm coaxial

2.1.8. Input impedance: 50 ohms nominal

2.1.9 Insertion Voltage Standing Wave Ration (VSWR)/return loss: 1.50:1, (13.98 dB return loss), nominal maximum over the frequency range.

2.1.10. Nominal antenna gain profiles: 20.4 dBic @ L2 +/- 50 MHz, 22.5 sBic @ L1 +/- 50 MHz

2.1.11. Polarization: Right hand circular

2.1.12. Axial ratio variation: 0.8 dB

2.1.13. Collapsible pedals X6 with pelican carrying case

3.0. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

3.1. Shipping is FOB Destination and any costs must be included in the quotation as a separate line item.

3.2. Contractor shall deliver to 266 RANS – 255 Liberator St., Mountain Home AFB ID, 83648
