SPECIFICATIONS

1.0 Specifications Description:

Bright-field microscope with differential interference contrast and fluorescence light capacities Quantity: 1 Minimum Requirements:

1) Compact and ergonomic bright field microscope for a single lab table.

2) Microscope with manual configurations that support brightfield, phase contrast and fluorescence illumination.

3) Fluorescence illumination that supports DAPI, EGFP, FITC and mCherry.

4) Microscope with objectives (a set of dry Plan Fluorite objectives of 4X, 10X, 40X and a Plan Fluorite 60X oil objective) with enhanced flatness, higher numerical aperture, and superior chromatic aberration to deliver clear, high‐resolution images with excellent color reproduction.

5) Integrated digital camera (minimum 12.37 MP, with up 60fps and required USB 3 connection) and a minimum 0.63X lens camera adapter with parfocality adjustment.

6) Measurement software for nematode, plant tissue and single cell measurements.

Workstation compatible with camera and microscope control software, with a minimum intel core i5-12500 processor, 32GB RAM, and video card with 8 GB for capture and processing of digital images. 1TB SSD + 1TB 7200 RPM HDD hard drives for file storage, and a 4k 27-Inch monitor.
