Multichannel Spectrophotometer for 3420 NW Orchard Ave, Corvallis, OR 97330
Minimum Specifications
- High throughput ability: Quantitate at least eight samples in less than 20 seconds or a 96-well plate (eight samples at a time) in less than 6 minutes.
- Wave Length: 190–850 nm
- LIMS ready
- Contaminant Identification: Built-in Acclaro Software algorithms
- Detection limits: Up to 10,000 ng/µL dsDNA or 145 mg/mL IgG
- Smaller sample volumes: 1 - 2 uL,
- Wavelength acccuracy: +/- 1 nm
- Ambidextrous pipetting – the pipette guide should be movable from side-to-side to allow both left- and right-handed user
